1. Plastic hardness refers to the ability of a plastic material to resist being pressed in by another rigid object that is considered to not undergo elastic deformation.
2. Ball indentation hardness refers to the average pressure per unit indentation area that a standardized steel ball with a fixed diameter is vertically pressed onto the surface of a specimen under test load, and maintained for a certain period of time. It is displayed using automatic loading, timing selection, deformation acquisition, and other methods, and replaces the commonly used digital block display method with LCD Chinese character display. In this way, the operator can perform experimental operations based on the Chinese character prompts on the LCD screen after turning on, which greatly facilitates the user.
